At Hypersolid Academy, we’re looking for a Traffic & Operations Intern to support the daily heartbeat of our creative tech studio. You’ll work closely with our Traffic Manager to ensure that people, projects, and priorities align. Keeping creative teams focused and studio operations flowing.

If you're organized, resourceful, and people-smart, this internship is your backstage pass into the engine room of the creative industry.

Ideal for students studying:

• Creative Business (HvA, Inholland, Fontys)

• Event Production or Media & Entertainment Management

• Business Administration / Organizational Support

• Facility Management or HRM (with interest in planning/resource)

• Communication & Multimedia Design (with production interest)

What you’ll bring:

• A structured mindset with strong time and priority management

• Interest in how creative projects and people are scheduled

• Comfort with spreadsheets, timelines, and juggling multiple calendars

• Communication skills to coordinate between teams, leads, and producers

• Positive energy and calm in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll learn:

• How to build and manage people schedules across multiple teams

• How to support studio resource planning (projects, meetings, events)

• How to connect availability with project needs and deadlines

• How to work closely with creative leads, project managers & HR

• How to help a studio stay efficient, happy, and well-paced

Internship Details:

Start date: 8 September 2025

End date: 30 January 2026

Duration: 22 weeks

Hours: 32 per week

Location: Amsterdam

Presence: Minimum 4 days/week on-site
