Are you a natural storyteller with a sharp mind for culture, brands, and technology? At Hypersolid Academy, we’re looking for a Strategy Intern who’s as curious about people as they are about platforms and who’s excited to experiment with AI tools to sharpen thinking, map trends, and shape creative direction.

This is a role for someone who loves digging deep, asking smart questions, and turning insights into strategies that spark action.

Ideal for students studying:

• Business Communication (HvA)

• Creative Business

• International Communication & Media

• Commercial Economics (Branding or Innovation track)

• Journalism or Applied Psychology (focus on behavior or media)

What you’ll bring:

• A curious mindset and love for cultural research

• Strong writing and storytelling ability

• Interest in AI, emerging tech, and how people interact with brands

• Confidence to present and defend your ideas (or eagerness to learn)

• Desire to work in multidisciplinary teams (designers, creatives, techies)

Bonus skills or tools (not required, but cool if you have them):

• Social & cultural listening: Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Trends

• Creative research: Think with Google, Exploding Topics, Pinterest, TikTok

• Story building: Notion, Keynote, Figma, Miro, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini

• Workshop tools: Miro, FigJam, Maze, Dovetail

Internship Details:

• Start date: 8 September 2025

• End date: 30 January 2026

• Duration: 22 weeks

• Hours: 32 per week

• Location: Amsterdam

• Presence: Minimum 4 days/week on-site

At Hypersolid, you’ll be mentored by senior strategists and work on real brand challenges from pitches to campaigns to trend-driven content formats. We’ll teach you how to build decks, frame insight stories, and bring your POV into the room.
