What are you going to do?

• You’ll design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power everything from personalisation engines to advanced automation.

• You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, backend developers, and data scientists, to implement AI-driven features in production.

• You’ll take ownership of your models from start to finish: training, testing, deploying, monitoring, and iterating.

• You’ll stay plugged into the AI ecosystem, experimenting with techniques like NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning when relevant.

• You’ll help translate research and prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems running on web, mobile, and edge devices.
  

Additional tasks:

• Set up ML pipelines and ensure reproducibility, scalability, and monitoring.

• Document and share best practices with the broader team, contributing to a growing AI knowledge base.

• Explore new tools, frameworks, and libraries — and advocate for improvements to our tech stack.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to explain technical decisions and shape roadmaps.

• Test and validate AI solutions in production environments, focusing on performance and ethical integrity.

You’ll be part of our Data & AI team — a tight-knit group of engineers, analysts, and scientists who love turning data into products. Together, we experiment, prototype, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with machine learning.

What do we expect from you?

• A solid background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production.

• Strong Python skills and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models via APIs or embedded systems.

• A good grasp of statistics, data modeling, and algorithm design.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to balance technical quality with business needs.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Fluency in English and Dutch.
