Senior Digital Producer/ Hybrid Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Producer to join our team—a hybrid role that blends expertise in content production with experience in digital platforms and product services. As our Senior Digital Producer, you’ll lead projects end-to-end, ensuring every detail—from concept to delivery—meets the highest standards. While content-driven initiatives will be your main focus, your experience in digital platforms will allow you to add significant value to broader, tech-driven services. Whether working on multimedia campaigns, branded storytelling, or platform design, you’ll foster collaboration across disciplines and deliver exceptional results. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead content production and digital platform projects for a variety of clients, from concept to delivery. 

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and communication. 

• Guide clients through content strategy and turn their briefs into actionable plans. 

• Drive innovation in project execution, adapting to changes and offering creative solutions. 

• Maintain quality across all deliverables while balancing time, cost, and client expectations. 

What we need 

• 5–8 years' experience in project management or production in creative agencies or digital organizations. 

• Proven expertise in managing content workflows, including multimedia, editorial, and branded assets. 

• Solid background in digital platforms, including the design and development of web-based products and services. 

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. 

• Knowledge of project tools like Jira, Confluence, and collaboration software. 

• A solution-focused mindset, capable of thriving under pressure.
