Job description
Als Security Coördinator speel je een belangrijke rol in het plannen, coördineren en monitoren van onze securityprojecten en activiteiten. Samen met de Security Officer en Security Manager zorg je ervoor dat ons Information Security Management System en de bijbehorende procedures goed zijn ingericht, getest en voortdurend worden verbeterd.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
Coördineren van securityprojecten, inclusief scope, planning en budget;
Monitoren van verzoeken en incidenten, beheren van tickets en zorgen voor tijdige afhandeling;
Uitvoeren van securitychecks en -controles (zoals leverancierscontroles);
Implementeren van securitymaatregelen en best practices;
Opstellen van wekelijkse updates en maandelijkse securityrapportages;
Documenteren en onderhouden van processen, procedures en werkinstructies;
Faciliteren van security awareness-trainingen en versterken van de securitycultuur;
Organiseren en leiden van overleggen zoals stand-ups en incident calls.
Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor security-gerelateerde vragen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle stakeholders en het security leadership team.
Het team
In ons securityteam werk je samen met Security Officers, Security Engineers, Facility Management en Hospitality. Waar het leadership team de relaties met het senior management onderhoudt, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en service delivery.
Samen zorg je ervoor dat Hypersolid blijvend voldoet aan de eisen van ISO 27001 en NIS2, en dat onze security maturity verder groeit.
Jouw profiel
HBO-opleiding in IT, Security of een gerelateerd vakgebied, of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
Ervaring met ICT- en/of securityaudits;
Kennis van ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, SOC1, SOC2-frameworks;
Relevante certificeringen (of in opleiding), zoals CISSP, CISM, CISA;
Kennis van projectmanagement (Prince II of Agile is een pré);
Analytisch, gestructureerd en procesgericht;
Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden;
Betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en vasthoudend in verbetertrajecten;
Headquarters in Alkmaar, met de mogelijkheid om maximaal één dag per week thuis te werken;
Bereid om regelmatig naar ons andere kantoor in Amsterdam te reizen.
