Your Role

In this role, you’ll be helping to drive Nixon Digital’s growth by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and helping close deals. You’ll also have a say in shaping our sales process and go-to-market strategy. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who’s already gained some experience in SaaS or B2B sales and is looking to take on more responsibility in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding New Opportunities – Research and connect with enterprise-level prospects across different industries and markets.

  • Supporting Sales Strategy – Help shape our approach to sales by contributing ideas for outreach, process improvements, and market focus.

  • Client Conversations – Understand client needs and clearly explain how Nixon Digital’s platform can solve their challenges.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to align our messaging and improve customer experience.

  • Learning & Growing – Develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive startup environment.

What You Bring

  • Some Experience in SaaS or B2B Sales – You’ve worked in business development or sales, ideally with digital tools, SaaS platforms, or enterprise solutions.

  • A Growth Mindset – You’re eager to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative.

  • Communication Skills – You’re comfortable talking to decision-makers and can confidently explain complex solutions.

  • Team Player Mentality – You enjoy working with others and believe that shared success is the best kind.

  • Bonus Points – Experience working with international clients or in a startup/scale-up environment is a big plus.

  • Dutch Language - You are fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal.
