Job description
Product Designer – UI & Design Systems
We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for systems thinking, pixel precision and UI design that balances clarity with creativity. You’ll work at the intersection of design systems and interface design helping global clients deliver consistent, scalable, and standout digital experiences.
You’ll be hands-on in Figma, fluent in design system thinking, and confident designing UI that blends best practice with thoughtful innovation. You’re someone who thrives on structure but isn’t afraid to challenge convention, and who understands how design connects with brand, user needs and engineering realities.
What you’ll do
Help build and evolve complex, multi-brand design systems including tokens, components and documentation
Collaborate with product teams and developers to ensure consistency, quality and scalability across platforms
Design elegant, user-centred interfaces that follow - and when appropriate, stretch - established patterns and system constraints
Drive structured thinking across teams by codifying design principles, usage guidelines and best practices
Help govern system adoption through thoughtful documentation, tooling, internal communication and onboarding support
Push the craft of UI design forward, exploring new interaction patterns, motion, and techniques to elevate the end-user experience
Contribute to workshops, critiques and client sessions as a confident communicator and team collaborator
Stay current with advances in design tooling (including AI-powered workflows), accessibility, and front-end frameworks
What we need
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital product or interface design, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment
Strong working knowledge of design systems: from tokenisation to component architecture, versioning and documentation
Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to design, naming conventions and file management
Solid grasp of UI fundamentals and design patterns, with a flair for bringing fresh thinking to established paradigms
Excellent communication skills: able to clearly explain design decisions and contribute to collaborative sessions with clients and teams
Experience working in Figma and associated tools (e.g. Storybook, Zeroheight)
Interest or experience in incorporating AI into your design workflow (e.g. ideation, pattern detection, variant generation)
A positive, team-first attitude: open, curious and ready to grow
Nice to have: experience with motion guides as part of a design system
What we offer
A high-impact design role working on global products and platforms
A place where systems thinking and creativity go hand in hand
Close collaboration with developers, UX designers and art directors
A social and dynamic environment with strong international ties
Competitive salary and benefits
The chance to work on the kind of projects that designers actually want in their portfolio
At Hypersolid, we believe that the best experiences are both scalable and surprising. Our design systems are not static, they are living platforms that evolve with brands, teams and technology.
If you love designing interfaces and the invisible architecture behind them we’d love to meet you.
