Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

What you’ll do 

• Deliver high-end, world-class design systems that provide cohesive and scalable UX/UI solutions across all digital products, from websites and apps to immersive platforms. 

• Lead the creation and refinement of design system components, patterns, and libraries, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences through reusable elements. 

• Develop intuitive, visually consistent interfaces that maintain a unified design language and make informed decisions on UI components, guaranteeing harmony across platforms.  

• Collaborate closely with senior designers, product owners, and cross-functional teams on diverse projects, from integrated digital systems to detailed component libraries and branding assets. 

• Communicate your design rationale with clarity, ensuring that every choice is grounded in design system best practices and user-centered design principles. 

What we need 

• Design System Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems with a stunning portfolio that demonstrates your attention to consistency, detail, and innovation. 

• UX/UI Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of UX principles and UI design. You create user-centric flows, intuitive components, and beautiful, balanced interfaces. 

• Technical Skillset: Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud for creating high-fidelity, organized design libraries. 

• Organizational Talent: Detail-oriented and systematic, you ensure clean, well-documented files and maintain high standards across all design assets. 

• Communication and Collaboration: You can clearly articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Positive, Proactive Attitude: A friendly personality and a proactive approach to collaboration make you a great team fit.
