At Hypersolid Academy, we believe people are the heart of our creative tech studio. We’re looking for a People Department Intern who wants to learn the ropes of recruitment and HR operations — someone who’s naturally curious about what makes a great team, how we attract top talent, and how we help people feel seen, supported, and celebrated at work. 

You’ll work alongside our People & Culture team to support recruitment efforts, help with onboarding and internal communication, and be a key part of keeping our studio culture strong. 

Ideal for students studying: 

• Human Resource Management (HRM) 

• Creative Business (people & organization track) 

• Business Administration or Communication & Organization 

• Applied Psychology (focus on work/organizational behavior) 

• International Business with HR interest 

What you’ll bring: 

• A people-first, supportive mindset 

• Interest in recruitment, onboarding, and studio culture 

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 

• Organizational talent and attention to detail 

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment 

What you’ll learn: 

• How to support recruitment pipelines and candidate experiences 

• How to help organize onboarding and culture moments 

• How to work with internal job descriptions and hiring briefs 

• How to manage sensitive info with discretion and care 

• How to communicate across departments and represent the voice of the People team 

Internship Details: 

Start date: 8 September 2025 

End date: 30 January 2026 

Duration: 22 weeks 

Hours: 32 per week 

Location: Amsterdam

Presence: Minimum 4 days/week on-site
