About the Role
As the HR & Payroll Coordinator at Hypersolid, your primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day HR operations and payroll processing for our two company locations (Alkmaar and Amsterdam). Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will be the key player ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of all core HR and payroll processes.
This is not just a supporting role, it is a crucial operational position at the heart of our People function and ensuring smooth back-office operations for both main entities within Hypersolid.
What you'll Do
Payroll Coordination (Hypersolid)
Collect, verify, and prepare monthly payroll input (hours, bonuses, deductions, absences, etc.).
Own and manage payroll systems for both main entities.
Work closely with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll for both company entities.
Reconcile payroll data and assist with internal and external audits.
Prepare payroll reports and support finance with employee cost allocations
HR Operations (mainly Alkmaar)
Oversee documentation for onboarding, off-boarding, contracts, and employee lifecycle changes.
Own and manage employee documents across HRIS (Hibob)
Handle employment verification, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
Ensure all employee-related documentation and practices comply with Dutch labor laws and company policies.
Hypersolid
Own and manage HRIS workflows (Hibob)
Handle employer statements
Support HR initiatives (Hypersolid)
Support or coordinate internal HR projects, such as employee engagement, performance review cycles, or process improvements.
Facilitate communication and consistent application of policies across both locations.
What we need
3–5 years’ experience in a payroll and HR operations role, preferably in a multi-entity or international context.
Strong grasp of payroll processes, HR administration, and Dutch labor law
Experience handling sensitive employee data with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems; Excel proficiency or Hibob experience is a bonus!
Proactive, organized, service-minded, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Preferably full-time availability.
Work setup: 4 days in Alkmaar (biweekly one day in Amsterdam), 1 day remote.
