Lead UX Designer

We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our team in Austin. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, innovative, and scalable digital experiences for global brands. Working closely with researchers, strategists, and developers, you’ll own the user experience across platforms and guide the team in delivering best-in-class design solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution across digital products and platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, user flows, and key interactions.

• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions.

• Ensure accessibility, usability, and scalability of the design.

• Partner with UI designers, developers, and researchers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers and freelancers.

• Uphold and evolve design standards and best practices.

What we need

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of digital work.

• Expertise in user-centered design principles, design systems, and prototyping.

• Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Experience in agile, cross-functional environments.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
