What to expect

• Structured Learning & Development
  Your internship begins with introducing your team and establishing clear objectives for the next five months. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor —an expert in Data or AI— who will guide you through your journey, challenge your thinking, and provide ongoing feedback on your growth.
• Hands-On Experience
  At Hypersolid, interns are valued team members. You’ll take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to impactful projects, and collaborate closely with experienced Data engineers, scientists and AI specialists. This is your chance to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges and gain a genuine feel for working in a dynamic tech environment.
• Collaborative Projects
  Beyond your individual goals, you’ll have the opportunity to work on group projects with fellow interns. From Data analysis to AI model development, you’ll experience the full project lifecycle. If your final product demonstrates exceptional quality, we might support its implementation with one of our clients.
• Innovation & Creativity
  We champion creative thinking and innovation. If you have a novel idea, we’ll provide the resources and guidance to explore it. Our culture thrives on tackling bold challenges. Previous interns have worked on groundbreaking projects, such as developing predictive models for customer behavior and enhancing AI-driven personalization features, making a tangible impact in their field.
