Just this week, a colleague asked for help translating CMS content into multiple languages, while keeping their unique brand voice intact.

Instead of lengthy meetings, we grabbed a voice recorder, captured the briefing, and jumped straight into action. By combining deep human insight with AI, we built a custom vector database packed with authentic brand content. Within hours, we had a working prototype ready—translations included, tone preserved, even the demo script co-written with AI.

Let’s get this out of the way first. We don’t have a clear job description. Not yet. That’s kind of the point.

We’re not offering a clearly scoped job title. We’re offering an open invitation to explore, disrupt, and build with us. We’re Triple’s innovation team. And AI has taken center stage in our work.

We believe AI isn’t just a tool—it’s a collaborator, an amplifier, and a creative partner that changes everything. From how we ideate to how we prototype, pitch, and even deploy, AI is reshaping how we work with clients, from global brands to stealth-mode ventures. And we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that shift.

You might be

• A developer with serious front-end, back-end, or full-stack chops (especially in Python), building GPT-powered tools, agent workflows, or next-gen interfaces.

• An AI engineer training models or fine-tuning LLMs to do things that surprise even you.

• A technical creative using LLMs to generate code, design, or storytelling that pushes boundaries.

• Someone who lives and breathes new APIs, tracks bleeding-edge AI capabilities, and prototypes obsessively at 2 AM to see what’s possible.

• Or someone who doesn’t fit neatly into any of these roles — and that’s perfect, too.

We don’t just want a resume; we want something real.

Send us something that shows who you are and how you think:
A prototype, a project, a tool, an idea, a proof-of-concept, a question you’re obsessed with. But don’t just send an AI that writes poetry (unless it does it in 3D, sings it, and deploys itself). We’re looking for technical depth, creative ingenuity, or something unique. It doesn’t need to be polished or perfect, but it should show that you can build, think, and execute at a high level.
