Team Gullit is the world's first EA FC/FIFA academy, founded by Triple and Ruud Gullit. It scouts promising talent and turns them into the best EA FC players in the world by providing training, coaching, and mental support. The team is currently one of the biggest in the competitive EA FC circuit, with a community of over 1,500,000 young fans. Team Gullit is a world champion and eChampions League winner, and it is home to Levi de Weerd and Emre Yilmaz. Now, we’re looking for a Graphic & Video Intern to help take our content to the next level!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graphic & Video Intern, you will be fully integrated into Team Gullit. We focus on growing and engaging our community while collaborating with major brands like Philips, New Balance, and Red Bull. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our visuals captivate and inspire our audience.

You’ll work closely with Jelle (Head of Social Media) and our content team to create top-tier visuals and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand activations. We work with a small, dynamic team, so independence and flexibility are essential. You are also proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design visually striking graphics for social media, branding, and partner activations.

• Create high-quality video content, from tutorials to promotional materials.

• Assist in concept development and storytelling for new campaigns.

• Work on motion graphics and animations to elevate our video content.

• Ensure all visuals align with Team Gullit’s brand identity and tone.

• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring fresh ideas to life.

What to expect

• Structured Learning & Development
  Your internship begins with an introduction to the Team Gullit squad and a roadmap for the next five months. You'll work closely with your mentor—an expert in communications or social media—who will guide you through various projects, challenge your creativity, and provide ongoing feedback to help you grow in your role.

• Hands-On Experience
  At Team Gullit, interns are vital players. You’ll take on significant responsibilities, create impactful content for our social media channels, and collaborate with top brands like Philips and Red Bull. This is your opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to connecting significant brands with a young, hard-to-reach audience.

• Collaborative Projects
  You won’t just be working solo; you’ll join forces with team members on exciting projects. From creating social media content to developing brand strategies, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process. You might even see your work implemented in high-profile campaigns if it stands out.

• Innovation & Creativity
  We love innovative ideas and encourage you to think outside the box. If you have a unique concept, we’ll support you with the resources and guidance to bring it to life. Previous interns have developed creative social media campaigns and engaged with our community in unique ways, impacting our brand’s presence.

What We're Looking For

• You are pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree and are looking for an internship or graduation project.

• Strong sense of design, composition, and typography.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Deep knowledge of the EA FC/FIFA community. Ideally, you’ve played the game for years.

• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, and good writing skills are a plus.

• You are seeking an internship beginning in September 2025; starting in the summer is also an option.
