Hypersolid is een technology- en brand experience company en we werken met ambitieuze klanten die willen innoveren. Onze juridische vraagstukken zijn net zo dynamisch als de projecten die we bouwen. We zoeken een ervaren freelance legal counsel die inspringt wanneer het nodig is en direct operationeel is, zonder een langdurig inwerktraject.
Dit is geen rol met een vast aantal uren per week. Je wordt ingeschakeld op basis van wat er speelt, soms intensief, soms niet. Dat vraagt om iemand die flexibel is en snel kan schakelen.
Wat je doet
De kern van de opdracht is breed: IT-contracten opstellen en reviewen, commerciële overeenkomsten onderhandelen, MSA's afronden, leverancierscontracten beoordelen, beleid updaten en ad hoc juridisch advies geven aan de business. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Legal Director en schakelt rechtstreeks met sales, finance en management.
In de praktijk betekent dit dat je:
commerciële en IT-contracten zelfstandig opstelt, reviewt en onderhandelt
MSA-trajecten begeleidt van eerste draft tot ondertekening
bestaande contracttemplates en beleidsdocumenten actualiseert
de business adviseert op uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken
snel schakelt en prioriteert zonder dat je daarvoor aan een hand geleid hoeft te worden
Wat je meebrengt
Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als legal counsel in een IT- of tech-omgeving en bent gewend om zelfstandig te opereren. Je begrijpt hoe technologiecontracten werken, kent de gangbare risico's in IT-deals, en geeft praktisch advies zonder onnodig juridisch voorbehoud. Je weet wanneer je iets moet escaleren en wanneer je gewoon beslissingen neemt.
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste.
