What you’ll do

As a Digital Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind our creative projects, ensuring they run smoothly from concept to execution. You’ll manage resources, align teams, and make sure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are all met.

What we need

• Project management wizard – You can plan, schedule, and execute projects across multiple teams.

• Resourceful and proactive – You anticipate problems before they happen and find solutions on the fly.

• Budget master – You keep track of costs, optimize spending, and ensure projects stay within budget.

• Deadline-driven mindset – You ensure everything runs on time and on target.

• Excellent communicator – You liaise with clients, creatives, vendors and freelancers with clarity and confidence.

• Experience in creative production – You understand the nuances of working with designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders. You have experience managing digital content production, asset creation, photo shoots and video productions.

• A cool head under pressure – Fast-paced environments excite you, not stress you out.

• Preferably candidates based in Austin or within the US time zone — we love collaborating in person at our awesome studio whenever possible!
