Freelance Visual (UI) Designer

Visual digital storytellers of Austin! We’re on the lookout for freelance Visual (UI) designers to join our freelance Design pool as we scale up our studio. If you’ve got an eye for aesthetics, a knack for concept-driven design, and the energy to bring brands to life, we want to meet you!

What you’ll do

At our agency, design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about telling stories, building identities, and shaping experiences. As a designer, you’ll bring creative concepts to life across digital and print, collaborating with art directors, strategists, and developers to create work that stands out.

What we need

• A strong conceptual thinker – You don’t just design, you build narratives and create meaning.

• Versatile design skills – From branding and UI/UX to marketing collateral and motion graphics, you adapt effortlessly.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools – you are the master of the tools of your craft – Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects…

• Brand identity expertise – You understand how to craft, maintain, and evolve brand identities.

• Pixel-perfect execution – You bring ideas to life with attention to detail, typography mastery, and composition skills.

• A collaborative mindset – You love bouncing ideas off creatives and refining designs based on feedback.

• A portfolio that speaks volumes – Show us your best work in branding, digital design, advertising, and beyond.

• Preferably candidates based in Austin or within the US time zone — we love collaborating in person at our awesome studio whenever possible!
