Freelance Lead/Senior Content Producer
We’re looking for a Senior Campaign and Content Producer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and delivery of high-impact campaign content across digital channels while collaborating closely with creative, design, and development teams to bring campaign toolkits to life.
This is not a purely executional role. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative thinking and structured delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping and producing campaigns from concept to launch partnering with internal and external teams to ensure excellence at every step.
Start date: mid July
Hours per week: 32 hours
Duration: 2/3 months
Available to work on-site
You’ll be embedded within a larger program, working across multiple workstreams and reporting into a Project Management Lead.
What you’ll do
As our Senior Campaign and Content Producer, you’ll take the lead on campaign content production, toolkit development, and the coordination of external partners. You’ll bring strong experience in turning concepts into creative briefs, guiding execution, and managing delivery across channels and markets.
Lead end-to-end content production for digital-first campaigns—from initial concept development to final delivery.
Collaborate with creatives, designers, and developers to turn campaign ideas into engaging content toolkits.
Help define the content needs for new campaigns and shape how they come to life across digital formats and touchpoints.
Manage relationships with third-party production partners (e.g. photographers, filmmakers, post-production houses) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all content assets.
Contribute to the development of toolkits and templates that support localization, scalability, and platform-specific needs.
Coordinate deliverables across multiple workstreams and deadlines, working closely with a Project Management Lead.
Support planning and budgeting for content production within broader program timelines.
Oversee quality control and versioning for deliverables across markets and channels.
What we need
6–10 years’ experience in campaign production or content delivery within a digital agency, creative studio, or content-driven environment.
A strong track record of producing large-scale campaign content and multi-format toolkits for digital platforms.
Proven experience managing third-party vendors and production partners.
Ability to turn campaign concepts into detailed briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—especially creatives, designers, and developers.
Solid understanding of campaign and content formats across social, CRM, platform, and paid media channels.
Experienced in delivering content within structured, multi-workstream programs.
Confident using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and DAM/CMS platforms to manage content delivery.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and hybrid
