Freelance Digital Project Manager (Platform, Product & Services)

You're a Digital Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex digital platforms, products, and services. You thrive in fast-paced environments, seamlessly balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder management. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, you ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Join our Production team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality digital experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

You’re available to join our team starting asap. This freelance role is for 32–40 hours per week for at least 2 months.

What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for digital platforms, products, and services, ensuring successful delivery.

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and KPIs.

• Establish clear timelines, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while maintaining project quality.

• Ensure seamless communication across teams, facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.

• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Provide strategic guidance on digital best practices, platform scalability, and product evolution.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.

• Proven track record of managing complex digital platforms, products, and services.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in Jira, Asana, or similar tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs.

• A passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies.
