Experience Strategist

We’re hiring an Experience Strategist in our Austin office to help shape ambitious platforms, services and campaigns for global brands. In this role, you’ll lead discovery, translate research into opportunity, and craft smart frameworks that guide creative and product teams toward powerful experiences.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

• Translate business and user needs into actionable insights.

• Conduct research (interviews, surveys, market scans, competitor audits, etc.).

• Build strategic frameworks including personas, journeys, jobs-to-be-done, and product ecosystems.

• Partner with UX and design teams to translate strategy into design.

• Craft compelling strategic narratives and present them internally and externally.

• Stay ahead of digital trends and help futureproof client platforms and services.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in experience strategy, service design, or CX/UX strategy roles.

• Experience with digital platform or service creation.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Ability to guide clients and creatives through complexity.

• Familiarity with agile, scrum and design thinking methods.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
