At Hypersolid Academy, we’re looking for an Experience Design Intern who blends creativity with logic someone who’s excited by user research, product thinking, and the role of AI in smarter, more human-centered design. 

This internship is perfect for someone who loves to understand before creating, who thrives on collaboration, and who’s eager to improve experiences that people actually use. 

Ideal for students studying: 

• Industrial Design (TU Delft, TU/e, UT) 

• Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD) 

• UX Design or Interaction Design 

• Human-Technology Interaction or Applied Psychology 

• Design for Digital Products or Service Design 

What you’ll bring: 

• A user-first mindset and a passion for solving real problems 

• Curiosity about human behavior, usability, and systems thinking 

• Confidence working with wireframes, prototypes, and research insights 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to speed up and enrich your design process 

Bonus skills or tools (not required, but great to have): 

• UX & UI tools: Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, Maze 

• Research: Hotjar, Dovetail, Typeform, Optimal Workshop, Google Forms 

• AI & prototyping: Galileo AI, ChatGPT, Uizard, Notion AI, Framer, Midjourney 

• Workshop & strategy: Miro, Whimsical, Notion, Keynote 

Internship details: 

Start date: 8 September 2025 

End date: 30 January 2026 

Duration: 22 weeks 

Hours: 32 per week 

Location: Amsterdam

Presence: Minimum 4 days/week on-site 

At Hypersolid, you’ll join a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, designers, strategists and developers working on digital products, tools, and services. You’ll be coached by senior experience designers and get the opportunity to contribute to real projects — from early discovery to final design.
