We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive strategy, execution, and collaboration across multifunctional teams, both within our agency and on the client side. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, shape roadmaps, and seamlessly integrate into client conversations to identify opportunities where we can add value.

The focus is on UX strategy, content strategy, content design, and KPI implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging in-app experience that serves both business and user goals. We need someone who understands in-app content creation and how it drives engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes.

This is a high-impact role for a results-driven leader who can pitch ideas, advocate for change, and push initiatives forward while maintaining executional excellence and cross-functional alignment.

What you’ll do

• Project Leadership: Translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps with defined milestones and deliverables.

• Roadmap & Delivery Management: Guide projects from concept to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and client teams.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align cross-functional teams, including UX, content, product management, data & analytics, and senior leadership.

• Content & UX Execution: Oversee in-app content creation, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, enhances user experience, and meets KPIs.

• Process Optimisation: Identify and remove roadblocks, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across teams.

• Accountability & Ownership: Ensure the client’s Product Owner delivers on key responsibilities while stepping in where needed to drive progress.

• Strategic Advocacy: Confidently engage in client conversations, lobby for key initiatives, and ensure decisions keep the project moving forward.

What we need

• 8-10 years of experience in project or product management roles.

• Proven expertise in in-app content strategy and creation, with a deep understanding of its role in both business and user engagement.

• Experience managing UX strategy, content development, and KPI implementation within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams at all levels.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate with product and design teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills—comfortable driving results independently.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities—not afraid to advocate for necessary changes.

• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
