Job description

For code d'azur, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager. A real team player, who is digital savvy, and knows how to rock digital platform productions within budget & timings. Someone that has a hands-on personality and is keen on bringing projects to the next level, while making the team smile and the client happy.


What you'll do

  • Functioning as the de-facto link between client and internal team regarding to project
  • Cultivating strong relationships with current client.
  • Creating project scopes and proposals, including budget and planning, in close collaboration with the Business Director and the different discipline leads.
  • Developing RFPs for outside vendors and guide selection process
  • Setting the approach and standard for project delivery and governance
  • Collaborating with and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver inspiring stories through digital products, ranging from CX, Creatives, UX, Design, Motion to Data-analysts and Development.
  • Providing team leadership and supporting the teams with the right tools, structure, and processes to empower their creativity, craft and expertise
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders while ensuring that the project deliverables meet the goals & objectives, scope, time and budget requirements.
  • Track and report project burn rates to assure a healthy & happy project.


What we need

  • 5+ years of experience in project management of digital projects, preferably on the agency, production or service design side.
  • Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary, ranging from CX, Creatives, UX, Design, Motion to Data-analysts and Development team.
  • Experience in creating Statements of Work, Change Requests, estimates, timelines, task lists and risk logs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and understands to prioritize own and the team tasks as per any changing needs.
  • Experience in resourcing projects and adjusting bookings as per changes on the projects. You can brief and onboard the team and ensure they understand the project they are working on.
  • Experience in an agile (scrum) way of working, but you’re happy to tailor this to each unique project situation, also if this asks for a waterfall approach.
  • Experience in estimating projects, tracking and monitoring project health, burn rates and financial progress. And you know when to communicate potential overruns before they occur.
  • You’re digital savvy and up to speed with the latest digital design trends and development technologies.
  • Process is your middle name, and you have a positive and problem-solving mindset.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing (English is the main communication language) and can develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
  • You take ownership and create an overview with attention to detail.
  • Experience with project process and documentation systems, like Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience with planning & finance tools and Google Workspace.
