The role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager—Execution & Enablement to partner closely with our Lead CSM. While the Lead CSM focuses on stakeholder engagement and overarching project strategies, your role will center on delivering expert consultancy, ensuring seamless implementation, and providing in-depth knowledge of privacy technologies. You will form a dynamic team combining strategic vision with execution excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex compliance requirements into actionable solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Enhancing customer trust through expert consultancy and knowledge sharing.
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand service offerings, contributing to revenue growth.
Implementing privacy solutions that improve compliance scores and operational efficiency for our clients.
What you’ll do
Provide strategic consultancy to clients on digital compliance and privacy best practices, positioning Nixon Digital Services as a trusted advisor.
Analyze clients’ privacy setups, including cookie management, and tailor solutions utilizing our Platform.
Lead the configuration and management of privacy technologies, with a preference for experience in OneTrust, to meet client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with the Lead CSM to align customer needs with platform capabilities and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on demonstrated expertise.
Prepare and deliver compelling demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, UX, and Development teams, driving continuous improvement.
Develop tutorials, release notes, and educational materials to empower clients and internal teams.

Your typical day could include:
Conducting an analysis of a client’s website for privacy compliance and configuring solutions accordingly.
Partnering with the Lead CSM to prepare for a key account workshop, focusing on strategic and execution aspects.
Meet with the product owner and UX designer to influence the development of new features based on client feedback.
Creating clear, user-friendly guides for newly released modules to facilitate client adoption.
We celebrated a successful client implementation and engaged in team-building activities, such as a session on our sim racing setup.
What you bring:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital project, implementation, or consultancy role, focusing on privacy technologies.
Strong affinity with digital compliance, privacy tooling, and SaaS platform implementation.
Demonstrated experience in a role that combines consultancy expertise with commercial acumen, ideally with a 50-50 balance.
Experience with OneTrust is preferred; however, a strong interest in privacy technology and a willingness to develop expertise is essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
A structured, content-first approach with meticulous attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset, valuing partnership and shared success.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking.
Fluency in English.
