Creative Technologist

What will you do?

We are looking for a Creative Technologist for our Innovation team! Joining a group of imaginative thinkers and innovators, you will conceptualize, develop, and bring to life cutting-edge digital experiences and prototypes for our clients and Triple’s ambitious projects. Once we have that “golden idea,” we go all in, ensuring the project reaches its fullest potential. In this role, you’ll be involved in every step, from concept to execution, blending your coding, design thinking, and business insight to deliver projects that captivate and add real value.

A selection of your tasks:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to generate fresh ideas for digital experiences and interactive installations. Use your insight into market needs and user preferences to identify new opportunities and innovative ways to connect with audiences.

• Software Development: Build engaging applications, prototypes, or interactive marketing campaigns to bring concepts to life. This could involve creating immersive installations or coding for dynamic, user-driven projects using Unity, JavaScript, and Python tools.

• User Experience (UX) Design and Interface Development: Design intuitive, user-friendly interactions that merge the physical and digital worlds. Whether designing interfaces or crafting interactive experiences, your focus is optimizing how users engage with technology.

• Business Development and Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, constantly identifying new business opportunities. Engage clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals and optimize value generation.

• Testing and Problem Solving: Test and refine prototypes, swiftly addressing technical issues or bugs to ensure a smooth, flawless user experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, communicating, conducting code reviews, and keeping projects on track with a business-oriented approach.

Your experience with programming languages and interactive technology platforms, such as Unity, JavaScript, C#, or Python, is essential.

What do you bring with you?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Digital Arts, Interaction Design, or similar.

• Proven experience developing interactive installations, digital experiences, or creative digital solutions, with knowledge of tools like Unity, JavaScript, or Python.

• Strong coding skills, proficiency in languages like JavaScript and C#, and potentially hardware prototyping experience.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
