What will you do
As Corporate Tech Recruiter at Hypersolid, the core of the job is finding and attracting the best tech talent. From first contact to signed contract, the full recruitment process is yours to own. Daily collaboration with hiring managers and team leads ensures a sharp understanding of what each team needs, translating that directly into targeted sourcing and a smooth candidate journey.
Key responsibilities:
Owning the full recruitment process from intake to signed contract, with sourcing at the heart of everything.
Actively sourcing developers, engineers, and data specialists through a mix of channels, AI tooling, and sourcing automation.
Building and maintaining talent pools across technical competencies such as (mobile) development, cloud, data, and AI.
Safeguarding the candidate experience at every stage, because how Hypersolid treats people reflects who we are. That includes candidates who are not moving forward.
Contributing to employer branding and recruitment innovation where relevant, though the day-to-day focus remains on finding the right people and guiding them through the process with care and speed.
Where the work happens
This role is based across two offices, with Alkmaar as the primary location and Amsterdam as the secondary. The team is young, ambitious and open, and there is real room to make an impact from day one. With space to experiment, grow, and shape the recruitment function, this is a place where freedom, responsibility, trust, and genuine connection are not just values on a wall but the way things actually work.
Who fits this role
A strong understanding of tech is essential. Knowing what drives developers and distinguishing between frameworks and programming languages are part of the job. Frontend, backend, or full-stack: navigating the tech world comes naturally. Beyond that, an entrepreneurial and curious mindset matters. Recruitment moves fast, and experimenting with new approaches, including AI tools and sourcing automation, is simply part of the day-to-day.
Cultural fit matters just as much as technical match. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for whether someone truly fits the Hypersolid environment: people who want to learn, share, build and grow. Someone who brings humor, energy, and boldness to a team that works hard and laughs just as hard.
What you bring
3 to 5 years of experience in tech recruitment (corporate or in-house)
A proven track record in sourcing and candidate engagement
Experience with AI tools, sourcing automation, ATS systems, and modern recruitment marketing
Strong knowledge of technical profiles (software engineering, data, cloud, AI)
Fluent Dutch and professional English (Dutch speaking is a must)
