Are you a natural storyteller passionate about creating content that drives results? Joining Hypersolid as a Content Marketeer means stepping into a key role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll bring our brand to life through digital stories that inform, inspire, and drive action. With a sharp eye for detail and a creative mindset, you’ll shape our voice and connect with audiences across every digital touchpoint. 

 

As a tech-first company, we need a Content Marketeer who speaks our language. You'll dive deep into the technology that powers our solutions, using that knowledge to create content that guides customers through every stage of their journey. If you're passionate about tech and content, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact. 

What are you going to do? 

You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and freelance creators to produce compelling content that supports our business and marketing goals. From concept to production, you’ll take full ownership, ensuring every piece aligns with our tone of voice, timelines, and brand objectives. 

 

Beyond creation, you’ll monitor performance and optimize content based on data-driven insights. Your work will help shape the voice of Hypersolid across platforms and channels, from blog articles and social media to landing pages and videos. 

Additional tasks: 

  • Plan, create, and distribute enticing and highly engaging content to support our Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing campaigns. 

  • Develop the value proposition and messaging for our campaigns in collaboration with other stakeholders, such as subject-matter experts and business development managers. 

  • Conduct interviews with team members, thought leaders, and industry experts to create compelling editorial written and video content. 

  • Work closely with our creative specialists to script and produce high-quality videos, adverts, infographics, one-pagers, and other impactful visual content. 

  • Team up with the marketing team, sales colleagues, thought leaders, and subject-matter experts to brainstorm on content ideas,  

  • Co-develop content and ensure content is aligned with our organizational value proposition and brand style. 

  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven proposals to optimise future content and distribution. 

 

Who are we looking for? 
We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital storytelling, a strategic mind, and an eye for detail. You should have hands-on experience in content marketing—ideally within a digital-first environment—and a portfolio that showcases your creative range and strategic thinking. 

 

You’ll be part of our  Marketing team—a close-knit group that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and experimentation. We brainstorm together, move fast, and value initiative and ideas. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers, often sitting at the center of exciting cross-functional projects. 

What do we expect from you?  

  • You have a proven track record of ‘hardcore’ content marketing, content creation, copywriting, or similar experience, preferably in an IT or Technology environment.  

  • You are versed in all types of content: short, long, commercial, creative, SEO, and social, which have all been crossed off your bucket list. 

  • You have a broad experience and a deep understanding of LinkedIn.  

  • You have exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. 

  • You have a deep understanding of customer journeys and view relevance, engagement, and conversion as the Holy Content Trinity.

  • You can manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders, with excellent organizational and project management skills. 

  • You bring a go-getter attitude. You take the initiative and roll up your sleeves to do what needs to be done. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in content marketing or digital media. 

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and campaigns  

  • Experience with CMS platforms and Content planning tools. 

  • Experience working with internal and external creative teams. 

  • Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and performance reporting. 

  • English is our main language, so we expect a near-native level of English from you. 

  • Experience in Hubspot is a significant plus.

  • Bonus: experience in a digital agency 

  • Available to work on-site at the Amsterdam office three days per week and at the Alkmaar office one day per week.
