Job description

Are you a problem-solver who sees machine learning as more than just algorithms?

Joining Hypersolid as an AI Software Engineer means stepping into a role where data, code, and creativity come together. At Hypersolid, we are digital transformation architects, building products and experiences for ambitious clients that matter in the real world. You will not just apply AI, you will embed it into real products for real people. From predictive systems to intelligent interfaces, you will work with modern technologies to make digital experiences smarter, faster, and more human.

We believe technology should serve people and that great work starts with curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. You will join a team that embraces new ideas and explores innovative approaches to solve complex problems with practical impact.

What are you going to do?

  • You design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power personalisation engines, automation systems, and intelligent product features.

  • You work closely with product designers, backend developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to bring AI-driven features into production.

  • You take ownership of your models from experimentation and training to deployment, monitoring, iteration, and improvement.

  • You translate research and prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems for web, mobile, and edge platforms.

  • You stay plugged into the evolving AI ecosystem, experimenting with relevant techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

  • You support cross-team collaboration to ensure solutions integrate smoothly into broader product goals and operational systems.

Additional responsibilities include setting up reproducible, scalable ML pipelines and implementing monitoring capabilities aligned with best practices. You document your approaches and help extend our internal AI knowledge base. You evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and improvements to strengthen our tech stack. You work with clients and internal teams to explain technical decisions and help shape product roadmaps and priorities. You validate AI solutions in production environments with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and responsible design.

Who are we looking for?

You are technical and hands-on, but you also thrive in collaborative environments. You are excited about building usable, maintainable AI solutions that work in the real world, not just in research prototypes. You are proactive in exploring innovations and enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and learning from your peers. You are driven to make a meaningful impact through machine learning and contribute to the collective success of the team.

You will be part of our Data & AI team, a tight-knit group of engineers, analysts, and scientists who turn data into products. Together we experiment, prototype, and push the boundaries of applied machine learning to help shape how people interact with technology.

What do we expect from you?

  • A solid academic or professional background in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

  • Five or more years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

  • Strong skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deploying models via APIs and managing infrastructure.

  • A solid understanding of statistics, data modelling, and algorithm design.

  • The ability to balance technical quality with product and business needs.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.

  • Fluency in English.
